My name is Sierra Patterson, and I am an LCPC therapist licensed in Maryland. For over a decade, I worked in the mental health field, gaining experience with a variety of mental health conditions including bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, OCD, depression, and PTSD.
I specialize in treating mood, anxiety, and trauma disorders using a feminist and person-centered approach to individual therapy. We will focus on fostering your capacity for self-actualization while analyzing the very real impact of environmental stressors on your mental health.
