Hi! I'm Sierra. If you are struggling with recent life changes, wanting to know yourself better, or feeling low, anxious, or stressed, I might be the therapist for you. I take a collaborative approach, providing a safe space to build confidence in taking on life’s challenges and feel better.
I utilize a person-centered therapeutic approach, drawing from CBT, ACT, somatic and mindfulness interventions. This means I am here to work with you! I particularly enjoy working with teens and adults navigating disability, life transitions, gender and sexuality, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, self esteem, and values.
You can expect our sessions to involve a combination of meaningful conversations and explorations, educational moments, mindfulness exercises, a dash of humor, and the occasional curse word.
