Seeking therapy can be a scary and nerve-wrecking process. As a Black female therapist, I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for my clients. It is my goal to ensure that my clients are understood and supported through their therapeutic journey. My approach to counseling is inclusive and provides a unique experience that promotes healing, growth and the ability to let go.
I have a diverse therapeutic background in depression, anxiety, pregnancy, postpartum depression, first-time motherhood, PTSD, military and major life transitions. Through a tailored integrative approach and establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients, they are able to achieve their goals.
I do not believe in the “cookie cutter” approach to providing therapy. My approach to counseling is utilizing evidence based practices through an integrated approach to therapy. My philosophy is to provide personalized and tailored services that will allow you to heal, grow, and let go.
