There are many things in the world around us that elicit fear, anxiety, and worry. Sometimes those things are easy to point out. As a therapist, I strive to help restore hope to your heart, and peace to your mind.
I have several years of experience working with families in crisis, adolescents who have experienced sexual and physical trauma, and survivors of human trafficking. I utilize a number of techniques such as relaxation, psychoeducation, affect regulation, and cognitive coping skills, etc. Together, we develop a plan that works for you.
I am passionate about guiding people in their healing journey, and know that there is no "one-size fits all" approach. I firmly believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and genuine empathy. I may not be in your shoes, but I will walk alongside you every step of the way.
