Hello! My name is Sierra Carroll and I am a licensed therapist in Arizona and Texas. I completed my BS in Psychology from Sam Houston State University in 2013 before moving to Arizona and completing a Masters in Professional Counseling in 2018. I have worked with clients of all ages and walks of life through both my career in the medical field and experience in counseling. It is my passion to help guide clients through their own personal journey of healing as no two are the same.
I use a client-centered approach when working with my clients by using motivational interviewing, CBT, and DBT. Amongst others I work closely with individuals who have experienced trauma, and those living with anxiety and depression. I am trained in EMDR and it is a modality I use often as well.
