I use EMDR with clients to help effectively reprocess traumatic experiences. I specialize in working with Third Culture Kids (i.e., military, State Department upbringing).

Peak Perspectives- Young Adult Adventure Therapy
Join us August 20-22, 2024, for Peak Perspectives, an adventure therapy group designed to help young adults struggling with anxiety, unfulfilling peer relationships, and the transition into adulthood. This therapeutic program utilizes adventure and outdoor activities to support psychological and emotional well-being. We will engage clients in activities, including hiking, rock climbing, and team-building exercises, providing a dynamic and supportive environment for personal growth. The program is designed to help individuals develop skills in communication, risk assessment, and teamwork while building self-compassion and a greater connection to nature.
