In this era of hyper-connectivity many of us are left, ironically, feeling more disconnected than ever. My focus is to create a therapeutic environment where you can speak openly about whatever is bothering you. From there we can decide where you'd like to go and the best way to get there.
I am trained as a systemic therapist and one of my core beliefs is that symptoms and behaviors make sense within their respective context. I strive to sit alongside my clients as we examine the pieces of their life and decide where to go. My hope is that my clients leave our work together and live a life that feels more authentic and spacious for them.
I believe that each client is rich in their own resources and ability to problem solve. Sometimes one simply needs the assistance of an additional perspective to solve a problem. Together we can rewrite the story you want, not the one you inherited.
