Starting with a new therapist can be a daunting experience for those who have never done it before and even for those who have. I do my best to ensure clients feel comfortable to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe environment without judgment. I specialize in working with individuals on communication, boundaries, depression, self esteem issues, and non-traditional relationships. My clinical approach includes aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I aim to help my clients understand their own values and boundaries and how to communicate that effectively to the people around them. The goal is to empower each person to find their voice and make choices to create a life they enjoy and believe is worth living.
