As a bilingual licensed psychotherapist, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my private practice. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care to a diverse range of individuals. Specializing in the treatment of mood disorders, addictions, as well as serving the LGBTQ community, my approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy and humanistic approaches. I believe in empowering individuals to understand and manage their thoughts and emotions, fostering positive change and personal growth.
I have more than 7 years in practice. I have worked at inpatient treatment facilities with individuals struggling with thought disorders and substance abuse, as well as outpatient services to individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. I am also specialized in LGBTQ services and I am a SunServe Therapists Collective member.
