Hi, I’m Sidnea and I help people overcome anxiety, navigate relationship challenges, heal from past traumas, and gain mental clarity. Whether you’re looking for an outside perspective or someone safe to confide in, as your counselor, my goal is to ensure that you are seen, heard, and supported. My approach to therapy is client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma informed. I utilize Brainspotting (a technique developed from EMDR) to help people process and work through strong emotions or traumas.
I love working with individuals who are open to change and want to better themselves. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, trauma, relationships, and anxiety. As a queer therapist, I have a passion for serving LGBTQIA+ clients. I am sex, kink, and poly-affirming. I also have extensive experience working with members of the service industry.
