I have worked with men and women of all ages that range from a variety of issues that include grief, depression, relationship issues, pre-natal and post-natal transitions, family conflict, separation/divorce, and the "stuck" feeling.
My approach is to facilitate an environment that is filled with trust, humility, and free of judgment in an effort to explore emotions and vulnerabilities that may lie below the surface.
