Through empowering conversations, experiential exercises, and evidence-based models, including IFS, EFT, Psychodynamic, and Somatic experiencing, I accompany clients in transforming themselves and their relationships.

My approach is rooted in compassion and respect. My priority is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space to foster trust and an environment where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight into their experiences, and develop effective personal and relational growth strategies.
