Hi! I'm Shruti Patel, a first-generation, South Asian woman. I'm a passionate expressive art, integrative therapist and I enjoy working with children ages 6-12. I best serve individuals ages 6-12 who are coping with life stressors, looking to build their self-esteem, adjusting to changes, or having difficulty understanding and managing anxiety and depression. Healing isn't linear and the process can feel lonely, confusing, and sometimes the waves can be hard to manage.

I use a jolly, yet soft tone when speaking to my clients, and I create a warm, safe, validating, and fun environment even through the virtual platform!
