My style is integrative. I use a blend of modalities for a more exploratory approach. Since March, 2020, EMDR therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, somatic therapy, ancestral practices, and grief counseling are the most common therapies that I offer. I also lean on humanistic approaches, expressive therapies, Jungian therapy, and the work of Dr. Frantz Fanon. With couples, I use the Gottman Method.
