Choosing the right therapist can be a challenge. Finding the perfect fit for your needs will lead you to a better quality of life. You may be experiencing, grief, unresolved trauma, depression, anxiety, or any number of other conditions that are stopping you from leading the life you want to live. For my graduate degree at the University of Michigan, I focused on geriatrics, end of life, caregiving, and grief. Over the past 11 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have branched out into the fields of trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.
Working with end of life issues gave me a unique insight into how unresolved issues can persist throughout your whole life and affect it in almost every way. I am here to help you and guide you through your journey to recovery. I am certified in mindfulness, alternative health, and as a trauma informed therapist.
This means that I have the education to guide you and the experience to know how to help you reach your life goals. From recovery to learning coping skills for your daily growth. I am the mother of two amazing children, a son and a daughter. Also, I live with a couple of fat and happy cats. I have set personal goals and achieved them.
