My goal is to provide you with a safe space to heal from painful life experiences and help you move towards your goals. I work with adults ages 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, life transitions, chronic health conditions, and relational challenges. As a psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience, I use a warm, empathic and person-centered approach. I will help you access your strengths, develop effective strategies for coping with distress, and identify manageable steps to achieve your desired outcomes.

I am a certified EMDR practitioner and can help you work through traumatic experiences that are blocking you from reaching your goals. I use mindfulness based stress reduction techniques to help you learn to regulate your emotions and stay grounded when faced with stress. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help untangle negative thought patterns.
