Taking that first step into counseling can be a daunting task. At Shoreside we will make those first steps as smooth as possible. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, marital issues, life adjustments or any other issues that are challenging our goal is promote your health and well being in a way that suits you. We have seasoned compassionate professionals that treat clients of all ages, backgrounds and sexual orientations. We will meet you on your journey to better health exactly where you are and work together to provide you with the necessary tools to reach your goals.
When you reach out to our clinic you will be contacted by your therapist of choice not an administrator or answering service. They will return your call, text or email that day. You will be able to schedule an appointment within a week. You may also choose to schedule your appointment online as you will have access to the clinicians calendar of openings. We have therapists trained in all styles and approaches from ranging from EMDR, CBT, ERP ( used for OCD ) positive psychology, DBT, ACT, and narrative. We also offer a variety of groups such as a grief group, coping skills for Moms, big feelings group for children, and ocd and anxiety after care group.
Whether you have been in therapy before or you are new the process we understand that navigating this process can be tricky. Our goal is to make those first steps as easy as possible. Our clinicians will help you with insurance questions, check all the details and provide you with ease of mind when accessing treatment. You will be heard, valued and treatment by the highest level of professionalism that the area has to offer. Still feeling unsure?
