Shore Counseling of Cape May Court House began in 2007 with the mission to provide counseling services to individuals, adolescents, couples and families. We strive to offer affordable treatment in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere where patients feel secure, connected and heard on their journey to healing. Together, our knowledgeable and compassionate team dedicates their extensive expertise to helping individuals overcome a wide array of issues.
We have experience working with women in transition, and with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, mid-life crises and grief and loss. We practice emotional focused, mind body approach and utilize evidence-based techniques in order to help individuals gain insight into their emotions and develop a better self.
