I am an Israeli-American who is patient, sensitive, and intuitive. I tailor my approach to clients, providing a compassionate, warm, and trusting environment. As a meditator, I know the transformative power that meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork have to regulate our nervous systems—and alleviate our suffering. I am fluent in Hebrew and English.
