I use evidence based therapies known as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. I am also trained in Brainspotting.
I have worked with First Responders from a variety of settings, which allows me to tailor the therapy to meet the unique needs of each profession. My goal is to provide you with a safe place to talk about your concerns, while exploring different perspectives and options in managing your difficulties.
