The different psychotherapy approaches used when addressing my client’s needs are psychoanalysis and psychodynamic, behavior therapy, cognitive therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
I believe that the counseling process is a collaborative effort between the client and counselor, which cannot be successful without your hard work, energy, and courage. This means that together we will examine various approaches and techniques and evaluate their effectiveness in helping you achieve your goals.
