Healing and making life changes is what therapy is all about. I work with adolescents and adults using approaches encompassing spiritual, cognitive, behavioral, insight, and EMDR to make this happen. EMDR is a physiologically based method of therapy I use with many clients who have post traumatic stress, disturbing memories, anxiety and/or a history of abuse. This ranges from trauma experienced by veterans of wars, crime, and natural disasters to childhood emotional and physical abuse to varying degrees.
