My focus in treatment is to understand you as a whole person, to uncover with you your deepest desires, aversions and patterns of behavior that may be holding you back. Over the years, I have conducted therapy in several countries with diverse client populations. My experience allows me to structure personalized sessions tailored to your needs. My approaches range from once-per-week relational psychotherapy to intensive psychoanalysis, and can include CBT or other modalities as needed.
My style tends to be quite interactive. I use verbal and creative techniques that help access the unconscious. I am fluent in English and Hebrew, and employ different therapeutic methods to ensure that our sessions will deeply affect and change how you think and feel about yourself and others.
