There is not just one method that works for everyone and that is why I have dedicated my work to learning a variety of evidence-based practices that are effective and practical! I use EMDR, CPT, CBT, mindfulness-based practices, and a variety of other clinical tools customized to your needs.
I put a heavy emphasis on educating clients to understand their feelings so they can feel empowered to find solutions and strategies to heal. Therapy is a collaborative process. We start where you are and work together to conquer life's challenges, find meaning, and grow the mind, body, and spirit.
