Living with anxiety and depression can be a lot to handle. The fear of the unknown, regret, shame and worry can overtake our minds and it can feel like your stuck. I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to learn, grow and heal. I specialize in teen/ women mental health, family well-being, and motherhood challenges. I am trained in EMDR and use a Christian, faith-based and trauma focused approach. I speak Spanish fluently and I am committed to walking alongside you on your healing journey.
