I strongly believe in the concept of progress not perfection, and identifying strengths as the key component to personal growth.
In a safe therapeutic environment thoughts and feeling are processed, and through mindfulness skills and cognitive therapy you will learn behaviors that are "more responsive" rather than reactive to daily, sometimes momentary stressors. Together we will identify your strengths, empowering you as an individual who sets reasonable boundaries and limits in current and new relationships.
