I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families in their journeys towards health, wellness and healing. I have over 15 years’ experience working with adolescents, teens, adults, older adults and families both in person and via telehealth. I am certified in Trauma Therapy, and I am an Independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the state of Arizona and Georgia.
I work collaboratively with my clients to utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MIT), Exposure therapy (ET), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
I was born in Chicago but raised in California and learned to love outdoor sports and anything to do with water. In my spare time I enjoy extreme sports such as body surfing, ziplining, skydiving, motorcycle riding and other physical activities. My motto is “Life is not a dress rehearsal, so I have to make the most of it and enjoy every minute.”
