My goal as a therapist is to work together with clients to move towards a future that they want while processing the situation that led them to seek counseling and learn what can be done differently by using their existing skills, strategies and ideals or developing new ones. I strive to partner with every client in an individual, family or group setting as they navigate the successes, trials and tribulations of this crazy ride we call life.
Through my own life experiences, coupled with extensive training, I specialize in the areas of: child/adolescent development, ADHD, family conflict, infertility, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety, self esteem, and the impact of severe trauma such as suicide.
