As a therapist, I seek to utilize my knowledge, skills, and support to provide the tools and strategies that will guide clients to their goals of healing, building, and strengthening their lives and relationships. My specialties are relationship issues that can include couple/marital concerns, coparenting concerns, individual issues with coworkers, friends, and family. I also do marriage preparation. For over 10 years, I have worked with domestic abuse /violence victims and perpetrators.
I use solution-focused brief therapy, eclectic, cognitive behavioral work, communication approaches, as well as providing life coaching. In addition to the talk therapy techniques, I am skilled in mindfulness techniques, guided imagery, meditation, and I have strong perceptual/sensing skills, to provide my clients tools that empower them to heal more quickly
