My approach in working has always and continues to be holistic and strength-based, interactive and collaborative. Although I am not taking new clients for psychotherapy, I am offering supervision and consultation for mental health practitioners and yoga therapists. I have 20 years experience offering supervision and mentoring, and 40 years experience working directly with clients.
I work with individuals and people with whom I consult or supervise from the Internal Family Systems model because it is strength based, not pathologizing and most importantly, it works extraordinarily well. I am a certified IFS therapist and approved IFS consultant.
I am grateful (and lucky) to be doing work that I love. My clients have been my greatest teachers, and I get deep satisfaction from sharing my knowledge and supporting you (as therapist or practitioner) in becoming the best professional you can be.
