I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and young adults to support healthy growth and development. I also believe that parent involvement is an important part of helping children and families reach their goals. I utilize evidenced-based interventions and creative approaches that honor a patient’s unique interests and strengths. I have completed specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) , Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Clinical Hypnosis.
Before moving to the Fox Cities in 2020, I provided therapy and consultation-liaison services for over 20 years at Children’s Hospital-Minnesota. My specialties include anxiety issues, coping with acute and chronic illnesses, mind-body issues, trauma, and loss and bereavement.
