I treat children, adolescents, and adults using a variety of techniques individualized to uniquely accommodate each client.
I am very comfortable helping clients of all ages who struggle with anxiety, body image issues, depression, and low self-esteem. I especially enjoy working with couples as they experience difficult transitions in their relationship.
I incorporate art, play, and sand tray therapy, as well as guided imagery, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness into my treatment plans.
