(Helen Keller) I strive to create strong therapeutic relationships in a supportive, empathetic, and confidential space where positive change is promoted. With a deep respect for the unique stories, strengths and needs of each person I see, I tailor my approach to the individual. Our work together is collaborative.
I provide treatment for anxiety, depression, OCD, OCPD, trauma, abuse, women's issues, life transitions, divorce, and school challenges. I'm highlighting my training and certification in EMDR, as it's an extensively researched and effective therapy that reduces the symptoms of trauma. I utilize a holistic approach, including the mind-body connection.
