Hello! My name is Sherie and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience working within the mental health field. I'm passionate about partnering with you to identify and address what is getting in the way of living the life that you imagine for yourself! The majority of my practice focuses on individuals who are navigating the impacts of trauma, anxiety and panic disorders, relationship issues, and bipolar disorders. I offer a free consultation to explore your individual needs and if we are a good fit!
My approach to therapy is collaborative and adaptive. I operate from a space of empowerment and curiosity. You are the expert in your life and my role is to support and guide you towards your goals! In therapy I will utilize a variety of techniques to support this process that include EMDR, CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy and Insight Oriented Therapy.
