I have been providing services for almost 20 years and am still inspired by others all the time. I have helped parents become more effective with their parenting goals and values teaching. I have helped teens and women feel empowered to see their worth and own it in various aspects of their life. I am expanding my understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder in kids, as well as late diagnosed ADHD.
My experience of what is most helpful includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness strategies. I have become more versed with the uses of Polyvagal Theory and other physiological-based interventions that we can use in our every day lives. Mental health doesn't need to be a mystery.
