I am a seasoned therapist with over thirty years of experience. I specialize in clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, disordered eating, and life transitions. For all of us, life brings various challenges. We may struggle with current experiences, as well as the way we are carrying the past with us. We all possess strengths and, in our work together, we will uncover those and provide opportunities to manage challenges.
My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, trauma-informed and systems theories. Most importantly, I keep a strengths-based approach throughout our work together. My style is compassionate, curious, and collaborative. I listen deeply and reflectively to sustain a non-judgmental and safe environment.
