Hello! If you are looking for help on how to manage big emotions, develop more effective problem-solving skills and work towards self-acceptance, I would love to be a part of your healing journey. I typically work with children, teens and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional regulation or distress tolerance. I specialize in DBT, CBT and body acceptance. Additionally, I am EMDR trained (a trauma-based treatment). EDMR is a widely used treatment to help individuals reprocess trauma in a safe and effective way. If you are struggling, please know you are not alone. Please reach out!
