As a therapist my role is to help support and guide you to think outside of the box and embrace new ideas that promote change. I believe that you should be empowered by your therapist and feel a connection to be able to make a plan that works for your situation. I have 20 years of training in many modalities, most specifically, Mindfulness Stress Based Reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems. I also use yoga, meditation and breath work in sessions, when asked, and needed to promote mind/body balance.

My practice is primarily telehealth, using video technology, which promotes complete confidentiality and anonymity. If your skeptical about the effectiveness please see my website for research articles that prove telehealth to be as effective as in person therapy.
