My job is to add perspective, help you tap into your strengths & intuition, and gently guide you on your journey toward identifying & becoming who you want to be. I provide warm support for women over the age of 18 and use a holistic approach in helping my clients achieve emotional, physical, spiritual, & social balance. I also value mindfulness which includes grounding to the present, expressing gratitude, & prioritizing self-compassion through self-care & an inner voice that is loving and wise.
My ideal client is motivated to become her best self and desires a long term compassionate witness and a soft place to land. I especially enjoy helping empaths and highly sensitive people. I also enjoy assisting with perinatal mental health, parenthood, transitions into adulthood, relationships, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life changes, grief and loss.
