I am person centered; solution focused and draw from a wide range of CBT mindfulness and Accelerated Resolution Therapy techniques that will help my clients find their own unique path in life. I am open to all ages and stages of life and have a special place in my heart for all military and first responders. As a solution focused therapist, I use counseling techniques that fit your specific needs and goals, I don't believe in a one size fits all therapy.
