I'm passionate about helping people and couples navigate how life transitions impact various relationships. My approach is integrative. We will look at your past to understand how it's affecting the present. I'll also incorporate mindful and somatic exercises that teach you to decipher your body's messages so you can learn to trust yourself and each other.

It's my personal mission to help clients find agency in their lives while maintaining healthy relationships (with partners, children, parents, and bosses).
