I have been the field for over twenty years; most of my time was spent in the Child Welfare system, working within families with complex issues, such as multi-generational poverty, abuse and neglect, substance abuse, mental health, foster care and adoption. My clientele ranged from infants to the elderly. I have a unique perspective on family dynamics and the changes that lead to a more equilibrium state.
I work with a variety of therapies including cognitive behavioral strategies, motivational techniques and behavioral principles. All treatment plans are client centered, strengths based and tailored to meet the needs of the individual.
