Want to live your best life? I have many years of experience supporting children, teens, adults and seniors in managing anxiety, depression, complex trauma, family issues and other complex social issues. My years of experience has allowed me to build trusting relationships with my clients. Through my professional and personal experience, I have come to realize that each person I work with is a unique individual looking to achieve their fullest potential, despite the challenges they face on a daily basis. Learning to prioritize yourself is key to a successful life journey - contact me and let's see how far you can go!
I have worked with neurodivergent adults and children (and their families) for over 30 years. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with an expertise in special education. I have a Master's in Social Work and Master's in School Psychology and have also completed my certification in Educational Leadership.
Philosophically, I have enjoyed ensuring my clients are well-supported using evidence-based strategies to improve their overall participation in living their life to their fullest potential. I utilize creative problem-solving strategies to assist clients in reducing stress and anxiety while living and enjoying a productive and balanced home (and work) life.
