Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or just stuck? I can help! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing therapy for 18 years. I work with adults to help them find healthy ways to manage depression, anxiety, mood imbalances, as well as deal with everyday stress and challenges. I'm currently accepting new clients who are in network, which includes United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Oxford, Oscar Health and Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey. I look forward to talking with you!
I approach therapy with an open mind and a genuine desire to try to understand my client's personal experience, challenges and goals for treatment.
My hope is that my clients feel heard and validated at the end of each session. I want them to leave session feeling more empowered to make positive changes in their life, using tools that we discuss in session. I'm accepting new telehealth clients and looking forward to working with you!
