My clinical work is best described as integrative. Built upon a foundation of cultural humility, I draw from interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic approaches,. I am an active therapist who works collaboratively with clients to set goals; identify thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that contribute to clients' struggles; identify and practice new ways of dealing with concerns; and assess progress being made.
