I am an associate marriage and family therapist working with kids, teens, and adults. I help clients with trauma and complex trauma, ADHD, anxiety, identity issues, emotional instability and eating disorders. Additionally, I enjoy working with highly sensitive and neurodivergent kids and teens going through relational, personal and academic challenges.
Our work together will focus on creating a safe space to uncover patterns shaped in the early stages of life and increasing mind-body connection by utilizing behavioral and somatic interventions. My hope for my clients is that they will feel empowered and supported to develop new ways of relating to themselves and others.
Due to my own multicultural and intersectional identity, I can hold the complexities of the social and cultural factors that impact mental health. I practice acceptance, curiosity, emotional safety, and consistency, creating the groundwork for emotional exploration and healing.
