My ideal client has nuerotic tendencies and is intelligent enough to develop insight, is motivated to get better and become more actualized. I do well with clients who are suffering from depression, anxiety, panic disorder and addiction & meditation. Other issues I am experienced in are work related problems, mediation, writers block, performance issues and performance anxiety as well as phase of life issues and couples counseling. I also enjoy working with clients who come from alcoholic families or had a history of trauma. My training lends itself well to helping clients by using EMDR, CBT, ACT & Psychodynamic therapy.
