I treat clients holistically, as the mind-body-spirit connection is undeniable. I am very passionate about helping people and firmly believe that building authentic relationships with my clients is essential to helping them get the most out of therapy.
I tailor my work to each individual and often employ creative methods to help clients grow and become less "stuck" in their struggles. Creative strategies include incorporating arts/crafts, sand tray, music, physical activity, and mindfulness activities. I use techniques suited for each individual's strengths and interests.
