I work collaboratively with each unique individual, providing safety and support to encourage growth and change. I believe for counseling to be effective, a sound therapeutic relationship should be established and each client treated with respect and dignity. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults. Additional areas of expertise include anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, self harm, and trauma related disorders. I also offer coaching to parents on behavioral interventions and assertive parenting.
Since each client is unique, I tailor treatment approach specific to clients needs and goals after a thorough assessment. I am in grounded in a trauma sensitive approach. I enjoy working with all age groups from middle school age children to adults. I will provide collaborative care with psychiatrists, physicians, dietitians, and schools.
