I highly resonate with neurodivergence, and ADHD, especially in adults, and special interests of mine are end-of-life transitions, death anxiety, and EOL support. I place emphasis on learning to love all the parts of yourself, whether this shows up as struggles with addictions, wanting a diagnosis, or if you're not willing to settle for status quo or unfulfilling connections. Therapy is meant to assist you in finding your light again. We all have it, and sometimes it is a bit tougher to find. I offer a practice of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and some Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well as KAP to help in whatever your situation may be.
Life is all about the peaks and valleys. Our paths are never linear. We should be able to embrace both the peaks and valleys and everything in between. I value the human experience and all pathways that lead you to that experience. I look forward to navigating this with you.
